SPIRIT DAILY OPENS NEW BOOKSTORE

We are happy to announce a major switch over to the most advanced system of an on-line book, video, and gift store, though we have striven to keep it as simple and straightforward as possible.

The new store, now on-line, and replacing the original, provides far more in the way of check-out convenience, return shopping, related books, readability, search capabilities, shipping costs, and so forth, powered by Volusion, one of the top such services in the world. The new technologies will make it substantially easier to browse through our line of books, which now number over three hundred.

It will also greatly enhance communication and provide far more accurate shipping rates, including for our overseas customers. We have now shipped books to more than sixty nations, though the U.S., Canada, and Australia remain dominant.

Those buying books will now be able to set up personal accounts, greatly streamlining purchase.  The new store will now take American Express in addition to Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Included in the switch will be a new feature of Spirit Daily: "special reports" at least twice a month and sometimes more frequently by author Michael H. Brown, many of them focusing on signs of the times and prophecy. Those will be somewhat more detailed than regular articles and include facts and perspectives from a more personal and sometimes "daring" aspect. Cutting edge. They will be provided at a nominal annual rate of $12 ($1 a month), which like the bookstore, retreats, and donations will go to supporting this website, now in its fourteenth year, thanks to your support and loyalty.

These reports will not replace articles the likes of which you have seen all these years, but, in these special times, will add detail as well as a bit more in the way of predictions and speculation, as times intensify. Special reports for special times. Regular articles will continue to be available without subscription.

For those who prefer the original store, it will be still available, at least for a time, and donations, which we very much appreciate, will remain in the original store.

There will be no loss in the personal way the store has been handled these many years.

As always, we will also seek to provide books at the lowest cost we can, with UPS shipping available if you desire it but mainly using the Post Office, which still presents the best shipping for the cost. We will also continue to take phone orders, though the on-line system makes it much quicker to do so in the store itself.

There will be much more in the way of weekly specials.

There will be tweaks. There will be adjustments. But we appreciate your patronage, and patience, all these years, as we seek to provide the most timely and relevant news pertaining to the spirituality of active Catholics in an exciting and challenging time.
