Did Maria Esperanza warn of the current Chinese tensions?

The current crisis with China rings up warnings from Venezuelan mystic Maria Esperanza. Last fall Esperanza told Spirit Daily there were two foreign powers waiting to provoke the United States, and she warned the U.S. not to be drawn into it. She said one of the countries was large and the other small. Right after her prophecy there was concern over China providing arms to Iraq. As long ago as 1991, Esperanza warned that the day would come when the "Oriental race will stand up" and rise against Western powers. No one is sure, however, which two foreign countries Esperanza was alluding to, for soon after she spoke there were also concerns over a visit by Vladimir Putin, the Russian leader, to Cuba, where Castro is always ready to provoke America.
